You can use this theme with Icon Themer App
It requires you to be rooted but it will theme all your apps icons at a system level. That means you will see the themed icons even in the app.

Since the icons are 192x192 they will show up very large and look very nice

** v2.21
- Added support for Muzei Live Wallpaper -- This adds a new permission "WAKE_LOCK". This is required by Muzei so it can cycle wallpaper even if device is locked.
- Optimized all png files and saved many mb's without losing any quality
- Cleaned up some of the code that is used to check license
