Go to, menu, personalize, theme, apply OptimusBlendPro, enjoy! ( IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE, SEND ME AN EMAIL AND I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU)
If some of the core icons don't get replaced right away, long press on the icon and you'll see all the beautiful HD icons you can replace them with.
