From Version 1.6 Onward, Flash Player is not required where as its optional, those whose device supports Flash Player can choose DTV Mode as DTV Flash Mode or else, can choose DTV Native mode.
DTV Native Mode, doesnt required Adobe Flash to be installed, where as its still in Beta mode, user may have to tune their device manually in native mode from setting options

In case if flash player supports your device and it doesn't get loaded automatically.. Make sure that, JavaScript is enabled in your browser..
- Open the Browser
- Hit the Menu Button
- Confirm that Enable Javascript is checked
- Choose Settings > Enable Plug-Ins and make sure that it's set to Always On
