This $40 app is just a PDF reader with embedded PDF file. Yes, $40. Look on the Google Play Store link. The APK has to be Lucky Patched. So if you go with the app, install Lucky Patcher and remove the license verification (auto, with default first option checked). If you don't want to bother with that, or would rather just read it on your tablet or PC screen, I extracted the PDF file for separate download.
The study guide has links to free additional resources at the end. Hope it helps you as much as it did for me. Ha, yeah, right.
